Onsite service and support must be purchased within 30 days from the applicable device purchase. The onsite service and support upgrade must be registered. 

Retain your proof of purchase as it is required when registering their onsite warranty.

Brother will endeavour to provide a next business day response once a claim has been logged with Brother's Customer Care and all relevant details are supplied. You should have your proof of purchase available for the onsite technician to inspect. Next business day onsite warranty service is available within a 50km radius of the General Post Office in Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth, Brisbane and/or Canberra or within a 30km radius of a Brother nominated authorised onsite warranty centre.

You will not be charged for travel costs to provide onsite service within an area where the Onsite warranty service is available. Contact Brother to find out if you are within an area where the Onsite warranty service is available.
