POLI-FLEX® TURBO® is a versatile polyurethane transfer vinyl. Equipped with a special hotmelt you can use it for fast application at low temperature. POLI-FLEX® TURBO® ensures that the transfer is gentle to the material. The vinyl does not contain PVC, plasticisers or heavy metals, in accordance with OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 category I (CPSIA compliant).

POLI-FLEX® TURBO is suitable for transfer to textiles like cotton, polyester, uncoated nylon, mixtures of polyester/cotton and polyester/acrylic. Not only fast to apply and very easy to use, TURBO® films are helping to save energy and reduce your costs. While it is popular to use on delicate fabrics, due to an application temperature of 130°C at a press time of 5 seconds, TURBO® can also be applied at 160°C in only 3 seconds. This would make a huge difference to your workflow. The end users will love the unique matte finish of the standard colours and the very long-term and high-end quality textile decoration that will keep forever its initial colour and properties, even when exposed to tough washing and during conditions. POLI-FLEX® TURBO® can be used for lettering on T-shirts, sport & leisure wear, sports bags and promotional articles.
