This Water Activated Gummed Tape has starch glue adhesive on one side, it would become sticky once the glue face is wetted. It has instant bonding to the surface of the box or package and helps the tape to firmly adhere to the surface. 

Reinforced water activated tape is stronger than normal packing tape and is ideal for heavy duty applications.

Features

  • Reinforced water activated tape has a cross-woven filaments for extra strength. Ideal for heavy-duty carton sealing. 
  • WATER ACTIVE: Easy to use a water activated tape dispenser or even a sponge to activate the glue. Water-activated adhesive aggressively bonds with cardboard boxes once the glue face is wetted.
  • TAMPER-PROOF - It cannot be removed from the carton without leaving traces of damage unlike standard packaging tapes which can be removed without a visible trace. Hence Gummed Paper Tape offers clearly visible proof if a packages seal has been tampered with.
  • Water activated tape is 100% biodegradable and can also be recycled together with cardboard boxes by melting them down into pulp for recycled paper.
  • Water activated tape glue is currently the most environmentally friendly one, using corn starch refining to make glue.
