PVB (Polyvinyl butyral) is a unique material which can be post-processed with isopropyl alcohol (IPA) giving parts a smooth surface finish. Thanks to its transparency and easy smoothing with IPA, this material is ideal for printing a wide range of aeasthetically pleasing objects, such as unconventional vases, jewelry, lamps, and other art models.

Best printing practices
When 3D printing, always work in a well ventilated workspace.
PVB is characterised by low shrinkage and lack of odour. Easy to print like PLA, no warpage or clogging, and prints cleanly. After IPA processing, the printed parts will be stronger. While it may not be suitable for high-strength or high-temperature applications, its finishing capabilities set it apart in the world of 3D printing.
Please store PVB filament away from the sun in a cool dry environment to ensure longevity as moisture can compromise print quality.
PVB filament is highly hygroscopic therefore it should be stored in airproof container. To assure best possible print quality filament should be dryed before printing.
