Terms & Conditions for the Epson Inkjet Reliable Workforce Challenge

1. Introduction

By participating in the Epson Inkjet Reliable Workforce Challenge (the “Competition”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. This Competition is organised by Ink Station (the “Organiser”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Facebook or EPSON.

2. Eligibility

2.1 The Competition is open to legal residents of Australia aged 18 and above.

2.2 Participants must have an active Facebook account and follow Ink Station’s official Facebook account.

 

3. Competition Period

3.1 The Competition begins on 25-August-2026 and ends on 12-September-2026 (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

4.1 To participate, participants must:
a) Follow Ink Station on Facebook.
b) Answer the designated Q&A question posted by the Organiser on the official Facebook page.
c) Comment with your answer.
d) Tag a friend in your comment to invite them to join.

4.2 Entries must be submitted through the comment section of the competition post only. Direct messages, emails, or replies to other posts (including the educational video post) will not be accepted.

4.3 Each participant is permitted one entry. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

4.4 Incomplete or inappropriate entries will be disqualified.

4.5 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated the Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.

5. Winner Selection & Notification

5.1 Ten (10) winners will be selected based on the creativity of their answer, as determined by the Organiser.

5.2 The decision of the Organiser is final and binding. No correspondence regarding the selection process will be entertained.

5.3 Winners will be notified via Facebook Direct Message or a comment reply from the official Ink Station page within seven (7) days after the competition closes.

5.4 If a winner does not respond within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

6. Prizes

6.1 Ten (10) individual winners will each receive one (1) $10 Ink Station site-wide digital gift voucher.

6.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

6.3 6.4 The voucher is valid for 60 days from the date of issue and must be redeemed before the expiry date stated on the voucher. The voucher is not redeemable for cash and is subject to any additional conditions stated on the voucher. 

6.5 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Gift Vouchers

7.1 Shipping fees, gift cards, store credits and other voucher purchases are excluded from voucher eligibility.

7.2 If an eligible order is fully or partially refunded, cancelled or reversed, the corresponding bonus voucher may be cancelled, withdrawn or recalled.

7.3 Each voucher will expire 60 days from its date of issue. 

7.4 Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, credit or refund.

7.5 Vouchers can only be used on future purchases.

7.6 Vouchers are non-transferable and may not be resold.

7.7 InkStation reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

7.8 nkStation may cancel vouchers obtained through fraudulent or unauthorised means.

8. Publicity & Content Rights

8.1 By entering, participants grant the Organiser the right to use their submitted answer, Facebook display name, and public profile picture for marketing and promotional purposes without further compensation.

8.2 Entries must not contain offensive, unlawful, or third-party trademarked content. Any entry deemed inappropriate will be disqualified.

9. Disqualification & Liability

9.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
9.2 The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or failures that affect participation.
9.3 By participating, entrants release the Organiser from liability for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from the Competition, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. 

10. Privacy

10.1 Any personal data collected will be used solely for administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties.
10.2 Participants may request the removal of their personal data by contacting Ink Station at marketing@inkstation.com.au.
