Ink Station X Dymo Black Friday Giveaway Competition Terms & Conditions 2025

These Terms and Conditions apply to the “Buy Dymo, Win a Sunbeam Coffee Machine” promotion (“Promotion”) run by Ink Station (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By participating in this Promotion, customers agree to be bound by the following terms:

 

1. Promotion Period

1.1 The Promotion begins on 3-November-2025 and ends at 11:59 PM AEDT on 1-December-2025, unless extended or ended earlier at our discretion.

 

2. Eligibility

2.1 Entry is open to legal residents of Australia (excluding NT/TAS) aged 16 and above.

 

3. How to Enter

3.1 To qualify for one (1) entry into the prize draw, customers must spend $150 or more (in a single transaction) on any Dymo Hardware products – including label makers, postal scales, adaptors on Ink Station website.

3.2 Customers who include the Dymo LabelManager 210D or a 210D bundle in their qualifying purchase will receive two (2) entries.

3.3 Once your order is confirmed, you’ll be automatically entered into the Competition.

 

4. Prize Details

4.1 Prize: One (1) winner will receive a Sunbeam Iced Coffee Machine (or similar model, subject to availability).

4.2 Total prize value: Approx. $99.95 AUD

4.3 Prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash or credit.

 

5. Winner Selection

5.1 The winner will be randomly drawn from all eligible entries on 3-December-2025 at Ink Station Sydney Office.

5.2 The winner will be contacted via email and/or phone on 4-December-2025.

5.3 If a winner cannot be contacted is disqualified, or fails to claim the prize within seven (7) business days of the date they are notified, the relevant Winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the prize forfeited, and a new winner will take place on the eighth 8 business day..

5.4 We shall have no liability for a Winners failure to receive notices due to spam, junk-email or other security setting, for a Winners provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

5.5 It is the responsibility of each entrant to notify us of any change in their contact details.

 

6. General Conditions

6.1 One entry per qualifying transaction; bonus entry only available if a Dymo 210D or bundle is included in the purchase.

6.2 If a qualifying order is cancelled or returned, the corresponding entry/entries will be voided.

6.3 We reserve the right to disqualify any entry that breaches these terms or is deemed fraudulent.

6.4 We are not liable for any technical errors, delays, or disruptions affecting entry.

6.5 By participating, entrants release the Ink Station from any liability related to the giveaway campaign.

 

7. Privacy

7.1 Entry into the Promotion constitutes consent to the use of your name and email address for the purposes of administering the Promotion and contacting the winner.
