How to Print Envelopes in Word
Printing envelopes in Word is a super simple process to learn.
Step 1: Open word, and select “Mailings” > “Envelopes”.
Enter the delivery address. If you like, you can also enter in a return address. If you wish to adjust the positioning of your address, select “Options” and make the changes you wish to make.
Step 2: Observe the diagram in the “Feed” box and place your blank envelope into the printer tray as instructed.
Step 3: Select “Print”.
Optional Step: Microsoft Word also allows for images and logos to be added to envelopes. Before printing, simply click “Add to Document” to insert the envelope into your document. Then place your cursor where you would like your image or logo to go and select the “Insert” tab then “Picture”.
Select the image you would like to add and then click “Insert”. Once inserted you can resize and re-position the image until you like how it looks.
And that’s it! Printing envelopes in Word is simple and can allow you to make custom envelopes at home.
