- Introduction
By participating in the 3D Filament Challenge (the “Competition”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. This Competition is organised by Ink Station (the “Organiser”). - Eligibility
2.1 The Competition is open to legal residents of Australia aged 12 and above.
2.2 Participants must have an active Facebook account and follow Ink Station’s official Facebook account. - Competition Period
3.1 The Competition begins on 11-March-2025 and ends on 23-March-2025 (“Competition Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be considered. - How to Enter
4.1 To participate, participants must: - a) Follow Ink Station on Facebook.
- b) Answer the designated Q&A question posted by the Organiser on the official Facebook page.
- c) Like the challenge post and comment with your answer.
- d) Tag a friend in your comment to invite them to join.
4.2 Entries must be submitted through the comment section of the challenge post only. Any other form of entry, including direct messaging or email, will not be accepted.
4.3 Each participant is permitted one entry. Multiple entries may result in disqualification.
4.4 Incomplete or incorrect entries will be disqualified.
4.5 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who is found to have violated the Terms and Conditions or engaged in fraudulent activity.
- Winner Selection & Notification
5.1 The winner will be selected solely based on the creativity of their answer.
5.2 The decision of the Organiser is final and binding. No correspondence regarding the selection process will be entertained.
5.3 Winners will be notified via Facebook message within 7 days after the Competition ends.
5.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days with the requested full contact details, the Organiser reserves the right to select an alternate winner. - Prizes
6.1 The prizes for the Competition are as follows: 3 x PETG Filament (Ink Station to pick colours) AND 1 x Sunlu Filadryer S1 Plus.
6.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and filaments cannot be returned for refunded, exchange or store credit once delivered.
6.3 The Organiser reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. - Publicity & Rights
7.1 By entering, participants grant the Organiser the right to use their entry, name, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
7.2 Entries must not contain offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content. Any entry deemed inappropriate will be disqualified. - Disqualification & Liability
8.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
8.2 The Organiser is not responsible for any technical issues, lost entries, or failures that affect participation.
8.3 By participating, entrants release the Organiser from any liability related to the Competition. - Privacy
9.1 Any personal data collected will be used solely for administering the Competition and will not be shared with third parties.
